Forza Karate Club
Welcome Karateka
Welcome to Forza Karate Club. By joining us, you have taken the first step on one of the most rewarding journeys of your life — the path from white belt to black belt and beyond.
This syllabus has been carefully designed to guide you through every stage of your training with Forza. Each grade represents a milestone — a recognition of your hard work, dedication, and growth, both on and off the mat.
Do not rush your journey. Every champion you see on the competition floor, every black belt you admire — they all started exactly where you are now. The belt is earned, never given. Train consistently, listen to your Sensei and Sempai, and above all, enjoy the process.
When training feels hard, remember — that is exactly when the real development happens. Karate will teach you discipline, focus, resilience, and confidence. These are not just skills for the dojo; they are skills for life.
I look forward to seeing each and every one of you progress through this syllabus and one day stand before us as a Forza black belt. That day will come — stay the course.
Train hard. Respect others. Never give up.
